Come and stay in this beautifully appointed, 4 bedroom high quality townhouse which is centrally located in the middle of prestigious Queenstown Hill. It is a short walk to the heart of Queenstown, where you can enjoy the fabulous restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and many other entertainment venues on offer. Expansive views across Queenstown Bay and continuing around to the Remarkables. Fitted with premium quality fittings and furnishings throughout to make your stay at Rangatira a wonderful and relaxing experience. Apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and two bedrooms have two king single beds. There are also two single beds available in the bedrooms. A portacot can be also requested at the time of booking. Rangatira can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. A deep spa bath available to help you relax after your day on the slopes. Enjoy the views from the bedrooms as well as from the living areas. There are balconies off three bedrooms as well as both the living and dining rooms to enjoy the ambience and views of Queenstown Hill. Enjoy cooking from the gourmet kitchen, with its granite bench tops, double dish drawer, and integrated fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen appliances. The lounge has the benefit of both a gas fireplace. The townhouse remains cozy during winter with underfloor heating in both bedrooms and bathrooms for the winter months. A clean will be completed by professional cleaners upon your departure.
There may be a security bond requested at the time of booking. This is refundable. However, if there is excess cleaning, damage identified or rubbish removal required, this will be deducted from the bond.
Roll-away beds, portacots and highchairs are also available for use if required at no additional cost.
