All apartments can be rented with direct-dial telephone and high speed internet service .
A one time cleaning charge of NZ$30 will be debited to tenant`s accounts on departure. Any damage to the apartments, its equipment or furniture as a result of tenant mishandling of the apartment will be debited to the tenant account on departure.
