Special weekly extended stay rates for serviced or just furnished apartments (for more than a 4 weeks stay) are subject to availability and advanced reservation.
A one time cleaning charge of NZ$40 will be debited to tenant`s account on departure. Any damage to the apartment, its equipment or furniture as a result of tenant mishandling of the apartment will be debited to the tenant`s account on departure.
