We had a fantastic time at Kohimarama Retreat. There was 7 of us altogether but we still had loads of room / space. Everything we needed was provided and the place was very clean and tidy with a high standard of decor and a modern feel.
The city centre was a pleasant 15 min drive along a coast road with stunning views of the harbour and islands. The closest beach was a 5 minute walk away and Mission Beach just a 2 minute drive.
We could not of asked for a better place to stay and the owners Mike and Joanna were fantastic - well recommended

Minimum stay: 2 weeks
Tariff: $NZ4500 incl GST per week.


- The minimum stay at Kohimarama Retreat is 3 nights.
- Prices shown are for booking the whole house (from 1 to 10 people).
- Kohimarama Retreat prices are fully inclusive (they include power, water, quality bedding and bathroom linen, SKY TV, telephone, computer with broadband internet, monitored alarm).
- Unless agreed otherwise, earliest arrival time at Kohimarama Retreat is 3:00pm and latest departure time is 10:00am. If Kohimarama Retreat is not booked before/after your stay, there may be some flexibility in the arrival/departure times. However, this needs to be agreed in advance with the owners.
- A 20% deposit is payable on booking. This deposit can only be returned upon cancellation if those days are subsequently re-booked for full rate.
- Full payment is due four weeks before arrival.
