Waipiata is a secluded 5 star coastal property of stunning design, 30 minutes north of Auckland and south of Warkworth.
Winner of the NZIA New Zealand Award for Architecture, it is contemporary and elegant, with guest lounge, log fire, gallery / library and luxuriously appointed guest rooms. All rooms have floor to ceiling glass walls with panoramic views to the waters that surround Waipiata, large private decks and ensuites. The tariff includes a special breakfast.
Towering native trees, abundant birdlife, bush walks, a fire pit and a 20 metre lap pool add to the experience.
There are also orchards, vegetable and herb gardens tended following organic practices which complement the extensive plantings and environmental practices followed.
