The Cottage was new in 2005.
It has two large bedrooms (sleeps 4), with one king size bed and two singles.
It is a simple 50m2 design but with special touches:
- French Provençal Décor
- Delightful timber lined building on the outside and on the inside
- Carpet and tile floors
- Electric blankets and Heater
- Fully equipped kitchenette/lounge with fridge, double hot plate, microwave oven, Banquet size electric frying pan, TV and DVD player

We have enjoyed having overseas and kiwi visitors since 1994, when we came to live on this slice of paradise. We love to share this special place with special people. Can you picture it?

- Quiet setting at the end of a no exit country road but very close to SH2.
You could be just down the road at Tuapiro Point Beach (easy swim at high tide) or out all day at Waihi Beach, the hot pools, Mt Maunganui, exploring bush walks, checking our local art and crafts or you could sit under the porch and watch the kiwifruit grow while cooking a nice bbq. You will find our home grown organic vegetables a treat for a fresh summer salad. If you wanted to give the car a rest too, you could walk to Tuapiro Point at the end of the road and enjoy a picnic with a stunning view of the Tauranga harbour north entrance. For a more elaborate and delicious lunch, the Rustic Pumpkin Café is just down the road.

Take a walk every morning down our country roads or 30 minutes walk to the sea.
