Wind your way along a wonderful tree-lined drive to enter the peace and tranquillity of our 11-acre country retreat, 12 minutes from Taupo, 45 minutes from Rotorua, within easy reach of Orakei Korako thermal wonderland and other major attractions.
Minarapa has space and character aplenty. Downstairs relax in comfortable chairs in the guest lounge with full size billiard table, TV, fridge and selection of reading material. Upstairs retire to one of the spacious well-appointed guest rooms.

The Garden Wing
A private wing comprising three rooms: large queen room with balcony and TV; large, interconnecting bathroom and, on the other side of the bathroom; a smaller twin room. Decorated in warm tones of cream and apricot, each bedroom can be reserved individually as an ensuite room, or all rooms combined can accommodate a family or group travelling together.
The Green Room
A favourite among guests, this sunny twin/king room decorated with rustic charm features a balcony from which you can overlook the lovely garden or enjoy spectacular sunsets.
The Provencal Room
This queen bed room, decorated in French provencal style with charming fireplace and blue and cream colour scheme, has exclusive use of a large bathroom with combined bath/shower.
All rooms have tea/coffee facilities, access to upstairs guest fridge and overlook park-like grounds where you may play tennis, wander among colourful tree-sheltered gardens and across the pond and stream to visit our friendly farm animals.
In addition to full or light breakfast, an evening meal with wine is available on request. Children welcome 7 years and over. German spoken.
