A café at Waiomu and a country pub at Tapu (runner up to Pub of the year NZ 2009) both only 5 minutes away. Also Rapaura Watergardens has a beautiful café, on the Tapu Coroglen Road only 10 minutes away. There are also country stores at both Te Puru and Tapu.
Safe Beach swimming and great fishing with a boat ramp at the bottom of the drive, just 2 minutes walk. Great walks in close proximity and a little stream on the boundary. As I said the views are stunning you will feel so relaxed the whole time you are there. You will not be disappointed.

We are interested in selling. The complex has a Body Corporate, eight members paying less than $1,000.00 fees a year. The fees take care of the lawn, insurance and general maintenance.
