Castello is a beautiful house situated on the edge of the idyllic village of Mapua, only 10 minutes walk to the village centre. Surrounded by beautiful vistas of rural lands and the Waimea Estuary it is the perfect spot to take a relaxing holiday. It is very privat.
The open plan house was built in 2000 and was designed with a European style. The ground floor contains the living area, kitchen and bathroom while the upper floor has the master bedroom and the second bedroom . A large balcony provides excellent outdoor living with peaceful and private surroundings.
The brand new kitchen has everything one would need (including a dishwasher) and the house also has a heat pump to maintain the desired temperature all year round.
