We are approx. 20 mins drive to the centre of Whangarei City and 6 minutes to the Parua Bay boat ramp and the golf course is only a further 2 mins.

The home has, for your comfort, a reverse cycle air conditioner, a HRV system is installed and has flyscreens to keep those bugs out. There is also a wood fire with a wewtback for winter.
It has a fully fenced section and has off-road parking for car, boat, trailer or caravan, etc.

The home has 3 double bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and made-up with quality linens. The Master bedroom has its own Ensuite for your conveinience and you also have your own personal deck so you can sit, watch or listen to the native birds chirping in the trees or feeding on the worms and nectars of the assortment off native flowers in the acre of gardens and lawns.
There is a large open plan family lounge/living area with large LCD TV and surround sound, Freeview, DVD and stereo supplied. It has a lovely wood fire for winter with a wetback so you never run out of hot water when used. This room leads into the modern well equipped kitchen/dining. This leads out on to a large deck affording great inside or outside entertainment overlooking the well established and attractive gardens. All is ready for those evening bbq`s and entertaining you could be doing or you can choose to sit back and relax after a day at the beach with a beer, wine or drink of your choice.

The local area has plenty of surf and swimming beaches nearby (either walking or 10 mins drive) for that swimming, fishing, diving experience of summer we all enjoy. There are plenty of local treks and hikes in the bush-clad hills of the Whangarei Heads and some lovely scenic walks with spectacular views from Mt Manaia and Mt Aubrey overlooking the beautiful Whangarei harbour.
