Gorgeous renovated 2 bedroom cottage that sleeps up to 6 people in top quality beds. The cottage is located in extensive rhododendron gardens with breathtaking mountain views in winter. There is a log burner for the winter and electric blankets. The kitchen and bathroom are a mix of modern and old world. The kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven; as well as the original coal range. The bathroom has a separate shower as well as the original claw foot bath. Plenty of out door room for children to enjoy, with easy river access within walking distance. Close to Hanmer Springs and Mt Lyford Ski Field with 3 Golf courses nearby and Trout Fishing at the back door.

Spring Farm is a great city escape for the whole family. Children will love exploring the farm. The rural setting makes it the perfect place for a retreat from urban life, but it is still within a 25 min drive from the hot springs of Hamner or the ski slopes of Mt Lyford.

The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable with a spacious kitchen that has everything needed for self-catering. It would easily accomodate a family of 6.We particularly enjoyed waking up to views of snowy peaks, whilst feeling cosy inside with the warmth from the woodburner.

It is a great place to stay.
