Very relaxing, warm 3 bedroom house. The sun streams into living area and there is a log burner with wood supplied for the cold. Sit on the deck and enjoy the birdlife and wonderful views. 30 minute walk along a walkway to Port Chalmers with supermarket, specialty shops and well known restaurants. There is a childrens play ground almost next door. It is a beautiful few minutes drive into the city.
