3 Bedroom 3 level executive house with stunning views and sunsets over D`urville Island On rural farm setting. Private, peaceful and quiet with no visible neighbours.
Our house is very well appointed with new kitchen and granite benchtop, dishwasher, S/S double icemaker fridge, induction hob and new S/S oven and S/S oven microwave, plenty of cutlery and crockery. Starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied.
The lower Ground level has a Queen bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds also double bathroom, laundry and utility area,this is then linked by a small flight of stairs to the kitchen dining and small lounge area which is a large and open planned and opens up to an extensive kwila deck area through huge sliding double glazed doors, BBQ also located on the deck and private spa pool located off a small walkway from deck area surrounded by native plantings.
The top level linked to the Dining area by a small flight of stairs has the master bedroom and ensuite and larger lounge with small library, this area could also be used for extra children to sleep on mattresses (supplied if required)
Both lounges have black leather lounge suites and a TV in each lounge.
The house has been newly tiled and carpeted right throughout and is very comfortable.
There is a small clinker dingy and 2 kayacs avaliable for guest use.
All Towels and bed linen are provided.
Guests just need to bring there own beach towels, food, washing powder and personal items.
House is to be left as it is is found and cleaning materials are provided.
If you wish for the house to be cleaned for yu there is a cleaning fee of $60.00 to be paid at time of booking.
