Orchard View Cottage:- Overlooking the kiwifruit orchard with pine forest to the rear is set amidst twenty acres of private land. Close to all activities and amenities the cottage is just 12-15 minutes away from Kaiteriteri, Marahau, Motueka and both the Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks.
The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with two single bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed for an extra person, or an alternative to the bunks. A cot and high chair are also available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave etc and there is Sky TV and a CD player in the living area. The large sunny deck provides outdoor living space and is furnished with tables, chairs and gas BBQ. From here you can relax and listen to the native birds calling or a two minute stroll will bring you to the river where brown trout can be sought or failing that there is always a duck eager for some bread.
The property is home to small farm animals, dogs, cats, horses, llamas, free range ducks, turkeys, peacocks and hens. A great place for children.
