Key Terms & Conditions:

Minimum Stay is 2 nights. All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Base rates are for 1~2 guests. Additional guests are welcome at an additional rate of $35.00 per night per person (please note that due to the high level of furnishing and the valuable artwork at the apartment we are not able to accept bookings for children between the age of 1 and 10). Tariffs include all services including local phone and broadband internet (wire less), full linen As bond your credit card details will be required. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining rental required at least 15 days prior to commencement of your stay. Payments can be accepted by bank transfer or by credit card at a 4% surcharge.

Please note: the deposit is non refundable unless it is possible to relet Cancelled dates. $ 90.- booking fee applies. In the event of cancellation after full payment has been made, no refund will be given.

Maiolica Apartment is ideal for 4 adults, but it has a sleeping capacity of up to 6 guests (2nd sitting room turning into 3rd bedroom). No smoking in the building. Not suitable for children under 10. Body corporate rules apply. Pets are not permitted.
