Garden Retreat Bed and breakfast is set in a large and peaceful sub-tropical garden surrounded by an orchard of stone and sub-tropical fruits. There is also a medium size mob of friendly sheep. The rooms are situated upstairs and are large and sunny all with lovely views of the garden. There is a lovely Queen room with Ensuite and a Queen room and Twin room which share a bathroom. Either of these rooms can be booked whith a little extra charge to make the bathroom private. The guest facilities include a guest breakfast lounge which opens onto the surrounding upstairs deck. The extensive homemade continental breakfast is self-service in the guest breakfast lounge and is available at the leisure of the guest. There are also tea and coffee making facilities. Our Bed and Breakfast is situated on the Takaka/Collingwood Highway and is only a short two minute drive from the beautiful Patons Rock Beach.
