Just two and a half minutes from town you can come home to your brand new home away from home in Queenstown, New Zealand. Relax in the spa pool with stunning views of the Remarkable mountains and Lake Wakatipu. We can accomodate up to 7 people, 1 superking, 1 queen, and 2 king singles which can be made up into a superking, and the provision for a twin bed to be set up in a bedroom or lounge. The master bedroom has an ensuite, balcony and lcd tv. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel racks. In the livingroom there is a heatpump and a woodburner, as well as a Smart Vent ventilation system which provides heat to all 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms also have individual wall mounted heaters, all beds have electric blankets for the winter months. Relax in your own 7 seater spa pool after a hard day on the slopes, tramping or mountain biking. There are 3 outdoor living areas, a balcony off the master bedroom which has beautiful views and lots of sun in the morning, a table and chairs are provided, perfect for breakfast for 2 on the patio. The other balcony is off the living area and also has lots of morning sun, a couple of loungers are provided. The main outdoor/bar b que/spa pool area is off the kitchen and gets more afternoon sun, it has outdoor seating for 6. A ski clothes dryer and ski/board storage locker is provided for your convenience. There is also ample firewood provided for the woodburner.
