Cedarview Farm Homestay B+B. We offer high quality 4 Star accommodation just minutes from the Airport and major highways. We are only 15-20 minutes drive into the central city. Our modern smoke free home is situated on a small rural block where we keep Cattle, Sheep, Hens, a farm cat called Alfie & a Labrador dog called Ruby.

We offer Three bedrooms. The Gardens Suite is large, has a King bed, easy chairs, TV, Tea/Coffee facilities & ensuite bathroom. The Stables room has a Queen bed & TV and shares an adjacent bathroom with the Pines room, which has 2 single beds.

Tea/Coffee facilities are on the landing. Our rates are inclusive of all taxes & Carol’s lovely breakfasts each morning. Local restaurants are just 5 minutes by car away and we are also within an easy drive of Shopping, The Antarctic Experience, Kiwi viewing at Willowbank Wildlife Reserve & many other local attractions. We hope to meet you soon, have a chat and share a glass of wine, beer or cup of coffee with you.

We have ample car parking space close to the house.Because of our semi rural location within the city boundary having a car to get around is essential but don`t worry we have maps and lots of free and hopfully helpfull advice to assist you to get around our lovely city and province of Canterbury

Testimonials

We stayed at Cedarview for the last 2 nights of a 14 night tour of the South Island. We preferred to stay on the outskirts of the City to enjoy the peace and quiet. Although Cedarview is close to the airport noise was not a problem.
Our hosts Terrance and Carol have created a lovely home and they make make you feel most welcome. They are both very interesting people and we enjoyed our conversations with them.
The accommodation is certainly 5 star and we were very comfortable.
