Double garage and off street parking next to the house down hillside driveway. Lower levels not suitable for wheelchair access.
Close at hand are the central city, Gondola, Sumner and Taylors Mistake beaches, Rapaki track, hill walks and bike tracks. Only one hour drive to Akaroa and Banks Peninsula, and less than two-hour scenic drive to ski-fields.
