This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 baths residence includes, a study, a 2-car garage and is less than 2 minutes drive to the Clubhouse and restaurants. You can jetboat, play golf, go salmon or trout fishing (Rakaia River, Waimakirriri River, Lake Coleridge or many nearby lakes or streams), hunting (professional guides available), horse riding or snow skiing (including 3 minute helicopter shuttle to Mt Hutt) on the resort or nearby. Drive to Methven, Darfield or the entrance to th Mt Hutt Ski Field road in only 20 minutes.

If ever a perfect holiday residence and location was made, this is it. AND - our rates are lower than a cramped 3 BR villa at the resort.

The only downside... you probably won`t want to leave this home. Then again, that`s not such a bad thing.
