The Whale Watch, Dolphin Encounter, and i-Site offices are less than 5 minutes drive, BUT you benefit from being in open countryside, on the very edge of town = PERFECT for a peaceful, relaxing holiday !!!

The cottage grounds are spacious. The beautiful cottage has been totally restored to make every aspect of your family farm holiday memorable. We`ve carefully retained many of the original features of the cottage, so it`s got an authentic, traditional feel, BUT with many modern features, eg: NEW shower room.

The cottage is self-contained and will accommodate a small or large family in a warm cosy atmosphere.

It has two bedrooms:
(1) Sleeps 3 + 1 ~ A double bed, with an additional single, and a travel cot.
(2) Sleeps 4 ~ A single bed, plus a double bottom bunk with single top bunk.

The large lounge is warm & cosy, with a TV and georgeous wood burner fire to keep you nice and warm. There`s a wonderful comfy sofa to snuggle up on.

The kitchen is a typical farm kitchen, with a range of self catering equipment, including: microwave, hot plate, electric fry pan, griller, toaster, outside gas BBQ.

The bathroom has a nice big NEW shower and is bright and fresh looking. There`s a toilet in a separate room.

Heating is provided via the wood burner fire in the lounge. We provide FREE wood from our woodpile nearby. The cottage is very cosy and warm in winter and wonderfully airy in summer.

We supply all the linen and bedding.

The cottage has an ENORMOUS outdoor play area, (your children will love it!) with plenty of space for you to sit in the sun, and/or watch the sun set, PLUS the WONDERFULL views of Mount Fyffe. The orchard is well established with many different fruit trees. It`s a great place to sit and read a book.

We offer our cottage guests FREE access to our on-site Animal Farm Park (during normal opening hours). There are many different animals for your children to meet, cuddle, hand feed, and play with ~ PLUS seasonal bottle-feeding.

As an EXCLUSIVE bonus your family is welcome to join us and help with our early morning feeding (approx: 8am) where all the animals gather round - it`s chaos, but amazing to see!

Your children are welcome to ride the ponies or the donkey or take a ride with the miniature horse and cart (set times during normal park opening hours).

LLAMA TREKKING ~ (cottage guests receive an EXCLUSIVE discount ~ advance booking is recommended). PLEASE call us for more information and to book your Llama Trek. Llamas are the world`s most `calming` animals! Your Llama Trek will be fully customised, from a range of options: duration, location, catering, join another group, etc. Your llama carries EVERYTHING, leaving you to relax, chill out and enjoy the views!
