This luxury home is a unique architect own beach house with a nautical flavour and a private 10m lawn to the sandy beach. Any closer to the water and you would get your feet wet. The north facing living room has bifolds and french doors opening onto a 2m wide verandah wrapping around all sides of the house.
Sleep with the bedroom doors open and enjoy the moon rise across the bay to the sound of the lapping water. In the morning throw open the kitchen bifolds to the morning sun and arrange your brunch on the verandah.
Launch the dinghy or kayaks for a paddle or fish.
At the end of the day there are a variety of eating out places within 5 minutes drive if you don`t feel like using the fully equiped kitchen.
Toys for your use include two kayaks, a dinghy, wave ski, boogie boards and a 3 burner BBQ. A 42" LCD TV with Freeview 18 channels and a home theatre for DVD`s.
