STUNNING WATERFRONT POSITION overlooking the popular SANDY BAY on the Tutukaka Coast in Northland! This family beach house consists of upstairs/downstairs, a large flat section, and endless sea views. Upstairs you will find comfortable living space, Super King Bed with sea view and x 2 single beds in another room, kitchen dining room and lounge, bathroom and toilet, and decks both back and front to capture all day sun. Downstairs consists of basic bach style accommodation, this is an excellent place to bunk the kids down with adults upstairs : twin and bunk bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom and toilet with laundry facilities. Sit back and relax on the deck whilst listening to the surf on the shore directly in front of the property! The second story deck provides stunning views of Sandy Bay and the famous Poor Knights Islands and beyond and attracts all day sun, making it a great spot for sunbathing and watching the surfers. Catering for all tastes, there are loads of activities to be found at this fun beach location: gather mussels off the rocks, fish, kayak, surf and swim – and all at your doorstep, what a treat : this is Tutukaka’s top surf beach where you can book a surf lesson with Tutukaka Surf! Take a stroll along the beach after dinner. This property is only a 5 minute drive to Matapouri Bay where there is a shop that makes beautiful coffee to go and has all the supplies you will need or over the hills and a 15 minute drive to the hub of the coast – the Tutukaka Marina, where you will find bars, cafes, shops and petrol and all your major booking charters. This is a prime location; once you arrive you will not want to leave!

December - January up to 10 persons $2808 per week.
May - September 4 persons $208, per night each extra person $20.00 per night.
October - April 4 persons $260, per night each extra person $20.00 per night.
