Three brand new, charming and very private one bedroom country cottages, nestled amidst a walnut grove, with beautiful tussock, woodland and hosta gardens, mature trees and spacious lawns. 3km from Cromwell and Lake Dunstan, endless vineyards and stone-fruit orchards and 2km to Wanaka-Queenstown highway so ideally located for day trips, skiing, adventure activities, wineries, restaurants and cafes, golfing, fishing/boating, tramping, shopping. Central Otago Rail Trail nearby.

All three cottages are free-standing with a large deck area, separate carport, each with its own barbecue, lots of extra parking space and peaceful rural views. Decorated to the highest standards in warm earthy tonings, the cottages offer a charming, relaxing retreat for your enjoyment. Double glazing throughout means the cottages are super quiet and a gas fire creates a welcoming, toasty ambience during cooler winter months.
A luxurious king size bed with fine bed linen and electric blanket ensure a good night`s sleep. Awake refreshed and step into the huge tiled shower - the water pressure is fabulous!
A fully equipped spacious kitchen with fridge freezer, cooktop and microwave is complimented by a dining/lounge area with leather furniture, TV, DVD and DVD library and a selection of books and magazines for your reading pleasure. French doors open out onto the deck/garden area and large bifold windows in both the dining area and bedroom mean you can enjoy the wonderful Otago sunshine!
Rose can supply a generous continental breakfast hamper or you can bring your own provisions. And if you don`t feel like cooking, the local cafes, restaurants, wineries and orchards are very close nearby, serving the finest regional fare.
The cottages are serviced daily and a laundry service is available if required, in Cromwell.
