Built on three levels with views over downtown Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains. On one level there is the living and dining area, separate kitchen, laundry and separate toilet. Glass sliding doors open up to a small balcony with a barbeque provided for those summer evenings. The main bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with an impressive view from the window. The second bedroom has two single beds which can zip together to make a king if required. The owner has also provided a rollaway for guests use.A single garage is located at the entrance level.
