LARGE 5 year young family home, overlooking Lake Wakatipu & The Remarkables. This large home was designed and built to offer two large separate apartments. All bedrooms are large, all have views and all have queen size beds, bedroom three also having a single bed. Linen and electric blankets are supplied. There is a large ensuite off the main bedroom as well as a spacious bathroom with full sized bath. Heated towel rails, underfloor and overhead heating in both bathrooms. Bath and bed linen supplied. Full laundry facilities available. Automatic washer and dryer. Washing powder provided. Living area leads to tiled balcony which has great all year sunshine. Reverse cycle air conditioner ensures comfortable temperatures all year. No logs to lug or dirty ash. 15 minute walk to town and Coronet ski field is just 20 to 25 minutes drive away, depending on conditions. The home has solid oak timber floors which are a breeze to clean. There are full kitchen facilities, with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cook top, electric oven and dishwasher. Dishwashing powder and cleaning supplies provided. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. There`s lockup garaging for your car with plenty of room for ski equipment etc.
