LARGE 5 year young family home, overlooking Lake Wakatipu & The Remarkables. This large home was designed and built to offer two large separate apartments. Bedrooms are large, have views and queen size beds, bedroom two also having a single bed. Linen and electric blankets are supplied.
There is a large ensuite off the main bedroom as well an a spacious bathroom with full sized bath off the second bedroom. Heated towel rails, underfloor and overhead heating in both bathrooms. Bath and bed linen supplied. Full laundry facilities available. Automatic washer and dryer. Living area leads to tiled balcony which has great all year sunshine. Reverse cycle air conditioner ensures comfortable temperatures all year.
The home has solid oak timber floors with rugs so there are no dirty carpets to worry about. There are full kitchen facilities, with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cook top, electric oven and dishwasher. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. There`s lockup garaging for your car with plenty of room for ski equipment etc.
