The combined kitchen, living and dining area open up onto an inviting deck which boasts the most stunning views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains and also includes a barbecue for those summer evenings.
The master bedroom has an ensuite with twin basins, spa bath, walk in wardrobe, flat screen television and opens up onto a separate deck with a hot tub to relax in after a hard day’s skiing. The two other bedrooms also have their own private ensuites and built in wardrobes.
The games room is situated on the ground floor complete with a pool table and atmosphere to ensure an entertaining ‘night in’.
Under floor heating and a gas fireplace is provided and a double garage with internal access is also available for parking. This home is well designed to maximise privacy and space and allows you room to move.
