We offer you a modern, comfortable apartment style cottage with quality furnishings and linen. All on our quarter acre property. Long or short term stays.It is completely self-contained and fully furnished With own full kitchen and laundry facilities. Sunny living area. Queen-size bed in the separate bedroom with en-suite.We are able to put up a fold-up bed for a child.

We are two minutes from the city, with café bars and restaurants, information centre, Museum and Art Gallery 18 hole golf course, Aquatic centre, Southland Institute Of Technology, 80acres of beautiful Queens Park, Rugby Park and Southland’s Sport Stadium. A 5-minute drive to Airport, Hospital and close to excellent trout fishing rivers. Only a couple of hours from lakes and mountains. 10 minutes from Oreti beach.
Close to supermarkets – shops and bus stop just around the corner.
We are close to the Southern Scenic Route.
