Fitzroy Heights sleeps up to 14 and is a great option for families, sports teams or people wanting to save costs and travel together. It has queen and single beds, a new fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), a flatscreen television with DVD player and freeview, laundry facilities, and an internal garage. It is well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
We have many extras; such as a quiet sunroom for reading, a large hooded stainless steel BBQ for you to use, and a portacot, highchair and toybox to help out with the kids!

Base rate price of $145 for 2 people between April 1st and November 30th
Base rate price of $165 for 2 people between December 1st and March 31st
It is then $20 per person per night after that, or $15 for children 5 - 12 years old, and only $10 for fives and under.
Two night minimum. Three night minimum for long weekends. A refundable bond is required. Linen can be supplied for $10 per person. The property is to be cleaned on leaving, however there is an optional cleaning service available for $75.
