Oakura Beach Holiday Park is located 15km west of New Plymouth just off Surf Highway 45. Most of our cabins and campsites are located right on the beachfront with spectacular sea views. We pride ourselves on our clean facilities - it makes all the difference. From the camp you can wander through the reserve with the beach on one side and native bush on the other. For the more adventurous, there are several walks into the Kaitake Ranges just a few minutes away.

Oakura is small yet is rated for its arts and crafts and wonderful food. If you are a foodie, choose from Terrace Takeaways, Oakura Village Café, The Carriage, Butlers Reef Bar or Snickerdoodles bakery and coffee shop. Popular activities include swimming, surfing and windsurfing. The Kaitake Golf Course is close by and boasts beautiful views, fresh sea air and native trees and shrubs. See you soon...
