NZStays does not under any circumstances accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisement, listing or other information published by NZStays, whether on-line or off-line, nor is any kind of warranty expressed or implied by such publication. NZStays specifically disclaims all and any liability to advertisers, readers and users of any kind for loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on the part of NZStays, their servants or agents or any other person. NZStays does not endorse any advertiser in any way. All users of information published by NZStays are advised to check that information carefully before entering into any agreements of any kind. If in doubt, please take legal advice.

All advertisements, listings and other information supplied by advertisers for publication are accepted at NZStays absolute discretion. When deemed necessary, all copy may be edited and classified at NZStays discretion. It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure that they have copyright and all other approvals for the images and text used in their advertisement or listing. The advertiser warrants that they have all such approvals. All material supplied or approved by advertisers must be honest and accurate and comply with all current advertising legislation. The advertiser agrees to indemnify NZStays against all claims and/or costs resulting from the unlawful use of pictures or text supplied or approved for usage.

Payment for listing and/or advertising can be made by cheque, money order or online banking.

If advertisers choose to have their listing removed from NZStays site before the end of their subscription period this will be done but no refund for remaining period of subscription will be given. NZStays at all times reserves the right to remove an advertiser from their site who persistently engages in unfair, unacceptable or misleading practices.

It is a condition of being listed with NZStays that an email address is supplied and that you agree to the directors and the staff using this email address to contact you to validate your details or for marketing purposes.

This site contains links to other Internet sites. These links are not endorsements of any products or services in such sites, and no information in such sites has been endorsed or approved by this site.

Notwithstanding the above, any liability of NZStays to any party is limited to the value of the fees paid by that party to NZStays. Any dispute is to be resolved in the Australian/New Zealand courts under those countries law.

NZStays reserves the right to change conditions and costings at their discretion.

NZStays takes the privacy of its clients and web site users very seriously and therefore has developed a Privacy Policy describing our approach to information collected on the NZStays web site.

This policy relates to information collected by NZStays and not to third party suppliers that promote their business on the NZStays web site. The use of the site does not require you to disclose personal information about yourself. However, there are certain facilities which allow you to supply information in order to receive additional information, or to include your business in the suppliers' listings. If at any time you wish to be removed from our records, please email us to request removal or place a not available notice on your page until you wish to rent it again or your subscription is due for renewal.

This site is for property owners and their representatives/agents to list their property for short term holiday rental accommodation and/or For Sale. All properties listed will incur a flat fee of NZ$25 per year for each property.

• If an owner has more than one holiday property to advertise each property must be listed separately.
• All single properties listed may appear on this site more than once but if a client requires a listing to appear in more than one region or location it must first be approved by NZstays.

• Text in each listing must be descriptive of that property only. You can have a link to an existing website about your holiday property but it is a condition that you include a link back to NZStays.co.nz.
• All links will be inserted by NZStays upon application to us and at our discretion.
• Content of the linked website must only refer to the subject holiday property for rental.
• We reserve the right to remove any links on your page that direct to inappropriate material or are in direct competition with the activities of this site. E.g. Real Estate Agencies and other accommodation companies.
• A contact person's name only must be provided for making enquiries regarding the holiday property for rental. No company names are to be displayed on the site or as a contact. This is to maintain a level playing field for all listers.
• This is not a promotional website to promote unassociated businesses owned by holiday home owners or their representatives. e.g. plumbers, florist, carpet layers etc.
