We have recently added 2 bedrooms and an ensuite onto our small farm cottage. One large bedroom includes ensuite and smaller room has one king single bed but an additional bed can be added for 2 singles. This end of the house has own access through car port and can be closed from rest of house. Ensuite bathroom is shared with single room so ideal for family or small group. Kitchen use is available or meals can be cooked and provided for additional fee. Laundry service also available at extra cost.
Accomodation is on shared basis as we (myself, husband and son will be occupying remainder of house)
Located on farm next to local golf course midway Hamilton and Auckland Airports

This is a working farm with beef stock and thoroughbred horses, during the spring months, waking to new foals in paddock is a common occurrance. A central race provides walking track for viewing stock and a great way to get some fresh air.
we also have room for camper vans which we are happy to park up for a few dollars donation for power and showers etc if required
