Charming cottage/house. See also`Hunt` Cottage & `Garden` Cottage. Garden Cottage is one of 3 cottages associated with our historic 19th Century Tinui Station Homestead property. The one bedroom Garden Cottage has been handsomely restored to retain charm and character - but with all new conveniences. Sited amongst mature trees in a farm park with views of landmark Tinui Mountain on property.
1 x Queen bedroom opening out on to patio with Fench doors and 1 x Double Sofa bed in Lounge. All linen provided. Port-a-cot and highchair available.
Open plan Kitchen/Dining Lounge with 2 sets French doors opening out on to two separate patios and cosy logburner. All new kitchen appliances.
Bathroom - shower and vanity. Separate Toilet.
Two patios, one covered and railed in(for toddler security) BBQ table and chairs. Garden patio has BBQ (gas bottle provided) and table and chairs.
Separate Laundry with washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board.

`Summer Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $190/night for first 2 guests, + $30/night for each extra adult and $20/night for each extra child over 1 year old.
`Spring Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $170/night for first 2 guests, + $30/night for each extra adult and $20/night for each extra child over 1 year old.
`Winter Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $150/night for first 2 guests, + $30/night for each extra adult and $20/night for each extra child over 1 year old.
`One Night Stay`. If you wish to book one night only, there would be a surcharge of $50. The surcharge is in addition to rates listed above.
`Last Minute` Bookings. 20% discount if booked within 3 days prior to arrival, but not additional to other `specials`.
`Mid Week Special` - 20% discount for any midweek nights (Sun to Thursday inclusive) except for `Long Weekends` and `Summer` School Holidays.
Reductions for extended stays of 1 week or more. Please enquire for rates.
