Hunt Cottage is the oldest of three very special 19th Century Cottages associated with our historic Tinui Station Homestead property. The 3 bedroom Hunt Cottage has been handsomely restored to retain charm and character - but with all new conveniences. Sited amongst mature trees in a farm park with views of landmark Tinui mountain on property.
2 x Queen bedrooms, (1 x opening onto patio with French doors), 1 x Twin single bedroom also with permanent wooden cot. All linen provided. Highchair available.
Kitchen/Dining - Typical farm style kitchen with dining table and woodburner. All new appliances.
Separate Lounge/Library.
Laundry with shower, washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom with original claw foot bath and hand held shower, handbasin and toilet.
2 separate covered patios, one with BBQ (gas bottle provided), BBQ table and chairs. Both patios are railed in for toddler security.
`Farm Style` 6 hole Golf Course in foothills. Croquet in the Homestead Grounds.
Farm/Mountain walks on property.
There are a number of local cafes and hotels which serve light meals,takaways and bar meals. In addition, both Castlepoint and Riversdale have low key grocery stores.

`Summer Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $190/night for first two guests + $30/night for each extra adult + $20/night for each child over 1 year old.
`Spring Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $170/night for first two guests + $30/night for each extra adult + $20/night for each child over 1 year old.
`Winter Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $150/night for first two people + $30/night for each extra adult + $20/night for each child over 1 year old.
`One night stay surcharge` If you wish to book one night only, there is a $70 surcharge. This surcharge is in addition to rates listed above.
`Last Minute` Bookings. 20% discount if booked within 3 days prior to arrival, but not additional to other `specials`.
`Mid Week Special` - 20% discount for any midweek nights (Sun to Thursday inclusive) except for `Long Weekends` and `Summer` School Holidays.
Reductions for extended stays of 1 week or more. Please enquire for rates.
