Charming cottage/house. See also `Hunt` Cottage & `Garden` Cottage. Poplar Cottage is one of three cottages associated with our historic 19th Century Tinui Station Homestead property. The 3 bedroom Poplar Cottage, with wrap around veranda, has been handsomely restored to retain charm and character - but with all new conveniences. Sited amongst mature trees in a farm park with views of landmark Tinui mountain on property.
2 x Bedrooms each with a queen bed and 1 x bedroom with twin single beds and a permanent cot. All linen provided. (Highchair available).
Openplan kitchen/lounge with new appliances and woodburner fire.
Full Laundry facilities, washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom with vanity bath/shower. Separate toilet.
BBQ (gas bottle provided) BBQ table and chairs.
`Farm Style` 6 hole Golf course in foothills. Croquet in the Homestead Grounds.
Farm/Mountain walks on property.
There are a number of local cafes and hotels which serve light meals, takeaways and bar meals. In addition, both Tinui and Castlepoint have low key grocery stores.

`Summer Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $190/night for first two guests, + $30/night for each extra adult and $20/night for each extra child over 1 year old.
`Spring Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $170/night for first 2 guests, + $30/night for each extra adult and $20/night for each child over 1 year old.
`Winter Rate` Minimum 2 night stay. $150/night for first 2 guests, + $30/night for each extra adult and $20/night for each extra child over 1 year old.
`One night stay`. If you wish to book one night only there would be a surcharge of $50. The surcharge is in addition to rates listed above.
`Last Minute` Bookings. 20% discount if booked within 3 days prior to arrival, but not additional to other `specials`.
