What an awesome place to stay especially for our 5 and 3 year olds. Alpacas at the door, friendly grey shep, walks to the lake and a river, what more could you ask for. Lighting our own fire on the bbq and cooking sausages and eggs was a huge hit as was the fact there was no tv which meant lots of board games and reading. BOOKING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Booking Rates:

• $120/per night for up to 4 adults (includes linen)
• $20/per night for each additional person (adult or Child over 5 years) including linen.
• Free for children under five not including linen. (A standard wooden cot & mattress can be provided for babies free of charge).


Additional Fees

• Deposit: A deposit of 10% must be provided in order to secure the booking, either by bank deposit, cheque, or credit card number at time of booking. If a credit card is provided nothing will be charged against the card until the visit has finish. However, if a cancellation is received within 48 hour of commencement of a confirmed visit a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

In and Out Times

• Check in time is 2:30 pm or later on the day of arrival
• Check out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure.
• Late check out may be possible but should be arranged at time of booking, and may incur additional fees based on the number of guests,
and the length of time.


Changes to Bookings

Any changes in relation to the length of stay may be negotiable up to 48 hours prior to rental commencement. Any changes after that period will not be considered. Full booking cost will be charged should the renter or anyone in the booked party decide to shorten their stay within 48 hours of stay and/or after arrival.
