Grounds: 25 minute water taxi trip out from Picton Own floating jetty in a private marina area 2 dinghies available with 2 adult and 2 children life jackets Large sloping lawn area from the house down to the shore Sandy beach, good for swimming at high tide Interior Deck off lounge area, secluded and private with a view down to the shoreline Bunk room has a bathroom with shower and hand basin, plus access to a toilet just outside the room Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area Please note: No TV and No DVD player Winter time the bottom deck will get about 4hrs of sunshine, and the top deck about 5hrs. Winter inside is quite cosy with the fire going and the night store.
